Iridescent pyrite has replaced the chambers on this gorgeous ammonite fossil. This piece was sourced from the Volga River Basin in Russia. The pyrite displays beautiful sparkly iridescence and has preserved the structure of the shell. On the reverse it has a gorgeous light pink hue with a pearlescent luster. All around stunning piece.
