Returns for Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our pieces to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we will gladly accept a return and provide a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return for a damaged or broken item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the damage or breakage.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or broken item, clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our customer support team will assess the situation and provide further instructions on returning the item.
  4. Returning the item is not always necessary, each situation is different. If a return is not necessary you will be issued a refund or replacement depending on your preference 
  5. Once an item has been returned you will receive a refund, or replacement. Refunds are issued through your payment processor and can take a few days or more to post in your account. That is beyond our control. 

Returns for Reasons Other than Damage or Breakage

Due to the unique nature of minerals and their individual characteristics, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or breakage. Each gemstone in our collection is one-of-a-kind, and we believe that its beauty lies in its uniqueness.
